TUITION

• Students enroll on a semester basis (not weekly or monthly) and tuition is billed per semester. Tuition is based on the number of lessons in the semester - generally 18 to 19 lessons each for Fall and Spring Semesters, and 6-8 lessons for our shorter Summer Semester.

• Tuition for the full semester is due in full before the start of the semester. For students registering after the start of a semester, tuition will be prorated based on the number of lessons remaining in the semester.

• Students may enroll at any time, but must commit for the full remainder of the semester.

TUITION DISCOUNTS

• ​For any additional instrument or household member enrollments, a 10% tuition discount will be given off the 2nd enrollment (taken off the lower of the tuition rates), a 15% tuition discount will be given off the 3rd enrollment, and any additional enrollments beyond the 3rd enrollment will receive a 20% tuition discount.​

Payment Methods: BAMA accepts cash, check, or Zelle payments. Credit card payments are accepted, but will incur a 2.9% convenience fee.  Payment installment plans are available for an additional fee.  Checks should be made out to: Bergen Academy of Music and Art, Inc.

 

Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $40 per student is required at the time of registration. 

 

Recital Fee: A fee of $40 per student is collected at the beginning of each SPRING semester with tuition. The $40 recital fee will be refunded at the end of the semester if the student does not wish to participate in the recital and notifies us by the notification deadline.

Returned Payment Fees: Returned payments will be assessed a $30.00 returned payment fee.

Additional Notes:  No refunds or tuition credits are given for missed lessons. As a courtesy, up to two makeup lessons per semester may be offered as per our Cancelation/Makeup Policy guidelines.
